Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band - Photographs from March 24, 1977

This concert represents the single greatest stage performance that I have ever seen. In 1977, Bruce Springsteen was approaching a settlement in his lawsuit with Mike Appel, and over a four night stand he let loose and gave perhaps the greatest shows of his career. These photographs were taken from my orchestra seat using a Canon FTB 35mm camera with a 135mm lens and a 2x tele-extender. The film used was Kodak Ektachrome 64. Even though many of the pictures are a bit blurred and either over or under-exposed, the images manage to capture some of the magic that was in the air that wonderful night.
